Stonelea is a charming old stone cottage located in the historic village of Tideswell, perfect for a family getaway. During our 11-night stay, we appreciated the proximity to local shops and pubs, especially the Star Inn across the street, which became our evening retreat. The equipped kitchen made family meals easy, and having a washing machine was a game-changer for our hiking adventures in the nearby Peak District. The walks right from the cottage were both scenic and accessible, allowing us to explore with the kids without hassle. With comfortable sofas and quick heating, evenings were cozy after long days out. The complimentary teas and biscuits were a nice touch, adding a little homely feel that our family enjoyed. Stonelea provided a welcoming base for our adventure in Tideswell.
